My personal pepper plants are coming along and I'll move them into outdoor pots this week after some sun and wind training. I hope you are enjoying the spring as much as I am.

Three cheers to Bryan in his first ever hot pepper eating competition!! After passing the cherry bomb and Hungarian wax pepper he was handed a terrifying jalapeno for this third. It was half red with long brown cracks ("lines" they call em) down the side. As you know jalapenos can be all over the map and Bryan got a doozy. And it bested him.

For those that have signed up to be taste testers, we are pleased to have you! And we already have three, solid sauces in the queue after these first 4. We also have some very special hybrid peppers, unique to Don Horné that we grow ourselves.
